Utilizing human behavioral and design-centered principles to improve connection among senior leaders, Simon helps teams to maximize lessons and transform their ways of working together. As a facilitator who really understands business, he supports teams in focusing in on the “critical few” and getting to the heart of strategic priorities that improve long term performance.
